Introduction

Welcome to Module 3! This module will focus on the insertion of IMPLANON NXT and the steps involved in preparing the woman for the procedure.

As part of your review of this module, you will have the opportunity to explore the applicator device for IMPLANON NXT and review the materials used during the insertion. You will also have the opportunity to study the process of locating, marking, and preparing the insertion site and actually inserting the implant.
